Steve and his son Ryan taking his boat out for a ride in Galveston Bay. Steve is an avid fisherman and enjoys spending time with his family on the water.
Steve has lived in District B for 21 years. His wife Jennifer Bachand-Halvorson is a native Pasadenian, and graduate of Pasadena schools. Steve is active in many Pasadena causes.
